You can check if your policy covers mental health by logging into your Bupa account or following the Bupa guide on how to check your policy details.
Claiming Rebates:
After you've had your counselling session, you can download the invoice and submit it to Bupa for a rebate.
The amount you can claim depends on your level of cover. Please refer to your policy information in myBupa.
Claims can be submitted online through myBupa, in person at a Bupa retail store or by mail.
